Whether it\u2019s your last one, your second one, or your first one, this week will be one that you will never forget, full of exciting events and memorable moments.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The first day kicked off with Mainstream Monday, our first riddle, Midday Opening Ceremony and Kahoot, and the always fun night at Meet Your Match!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">8:00 A.M. this morning, the IMSA hallways were flooded with VSCO girls, e-boys, e-girls, skater boys, and all other things mainstream. From \u201csksksksk\u201d to \u201cand I oop,\u201d everyone had a great time dressing up! <\/span><b>Ethan Schmidling (\u201822) <\/b>enjoyed<span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> the Mainstream Monday theme, and said he \u201cthought it was nice that the theme was relevant to things we say and do\u2026 it was funny to see everyone dressed up.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_24626\" style=\"width: 325px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-24626\" class=\" wp-image-24626\" src=\"https:\/\/sites.imsa.edu\/acronym\/files\/2019\/09\/unnamed-300x225.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"315\" height=\"236\" srcset=\"https:\/\/sites.imsa.edu\/acronym\/files\/2019\/09\/unnamed-300x225.png 300w, https:\/\/sites.imsa.edu\/acronym\/files\/2019\/09\/unnamed.png 512w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 315px) 100vw, 315px\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-24626\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Campus Activity Board (CAB) president, Cait Castillo (&#8217;20) and member Jaelynn Abdullah (&#8217;21) present the Kahoot game to excited students at midday.<\/p><\/div>\n<p><b>Cait Castillo (\u201820), <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">CAB Director, led Homecoming Opening Ceremony and a Kahoot on questions related to this week, which included a surprise Hoco Ask. Seniors swept the leaderboard, taking 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th place!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">At night was our first activity, Meet Your Match! Today\u2019s five contestants, who all created humorous introductory videos in preparation, stepped onto the stage to represent their class.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> Through a series of either\/or questions, the group of possible matches was slowly narrowed down. Then, once only a few people remained, they were asked to respond to their free-response questions. At that point, the contestant would choose their favorite answer and meet their match. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Overall, IMSA students seemed to enjoy choosing between \u201cThe Office\u201d or \u201cFriends\u201d, or telling the contestant <\/span><b>Elise Aponte (\u201822)&nbsp;<\/b>about their next Dungeons and Dragons Campaign.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Right now, the seniors in the lead, after sweeping the Kahoot activity and being the only ones who solved the riddle. The juniors are in second with the sophomores at a <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">very <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">close third. However, anything could happen in the following four days.
