Cup your hands and bring them up like a dog, stand on one leg, bring the other knee up, and lean back. Now you can fulfill your dream of being like Ralph Macchio! Source: LADbible

In Foundations of Healthy Living, or Moving and Learning, we all had to learn how to warm up your triceps: the cross-body stretch. Contemplating Life on Floor is basically the same concept, except the arm that is crossing the body is touching the floor, and your chin is in between your index finger and thumb like you are trying to figure out the meaning of life.

3. Then, start bouncing up and down but make sure you are moving to different areas so you’ll be exactly like a kangaroo! WARNING! Might only appease Australian judges.

4. Do this in the beginning of your dance so you can show those judges you mean business!

There you have it! Five simple, amazing breakdancing moves that, if you practice hard enough, could maybe get you qualified for the Olympics.
