While we share these common concerns now, our individual\u00a0<strong><\/strong>interests will eventually lead us to different career routes. For those students considering the field of economics and finance, the <strong>Student Committee for IMSA Advancements (SCIA)<\/strong> and <strong>IMSA Alumni Association (IAA)<\/strong> will be hosting a business-focused <strong>College Career Choices (CCC) Forum <\/strong>in the <strong>TV Pit<\/strong> on<strong> Wednesday, November 28th<\/strong>, from<strong> 6-7:30 P.M<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Open to all IMSA students, SCIA\u2019s first CCC Forum of the year will bring a taste\u00a0 of what to expect from these careers, along with an\u00a0enticing\u00a0taste of delectable desserts!. This year, SCIA will be hosting four distinguished alumni \u2013 John Hoesley (\u201989), Glen Kabumoto (\u201995), Jacob Plummer (\u201996), and Irene Czajkowski (\u201999) \u2013 who will discuss their careers and the steps that got them there.<\/p>\n<p>More on the alumni:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>John Hoesley of IMSA\u2019s charter class is now the Managing Director and the Manager of the Midwest region for Silicon Valley Bank.<\/li>\n<li>Glen Kabumoto, whose graduation year coincides with the birth of many current IMSA juniors and seniors, currently works as a practice consultant with Symphony Health Solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Jacob Plummer carries the role of Vice President of Business Development for Allscripts.<\/li>\n<li>Irene Czajkowski is a BP program manager.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>By: Steph Wang, IMSA News section editor leep, Sodexo, and grades \u2013 These three things often occupy the minds of most IMSA students.
