  • how to give and get advice.
  • the casual, past tense form of verbs.
  • the conditional (たら) form of verbs.
  • the provisional (ば) form for some verbs that occur frequently—esp. in this context.
  • some things about treatments for some common ailments.
  • some vocabulary related to health, sickness, and body parts.
