Objectives

The Mental Health Initiative Week is held each year to raise awareness of various mental illnesses, educate students about the resources to combat these mental illnesses, and overall make IMSA a more positive, informed community over mental health. There are a variety of activities over the week addressing topics such as positive psychology, de-stressing, and factors contributing to mental health issues at IMSA. StudCo hopes that this week will not only help each student individually, but also help bring the community as a whole to support each other and make IMSA an even healthier campus.
